The Metropolitan Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior of Tamale kick-started his peace tour in the Sagnarigu Constituency where he promises to give each woman with ₵1,000.00 when Hon. Felicia Tettey wins the election as a Member of Parliament on December 7th.
Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior in a bid to end political conflicts among the Sagnarigu constituency, therefore, he began the door-to-door campaign in the Kogni/Bawah Barracks/Yilonayili electoral area entreating them to vote base on development and not anything related as bad to them.
Furthermore, on their step in Kogni community of the electoral area together with his able team, they pay homage to the chiefs and their elders of the community. He explains how important it is for them to go round the electoral areas to assure that there are peacefully elections on December 7th. He noted that before and after the elections, the Sagnarigu constituency will develop and we must eliminate the problems that called for the retirement of development in the constituency.
In line with the development, Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior has a faith to support the electoral area and the Parliamentary candidates for NPP, Hon. Felicia Tettey to put up developmental projects and create jobs for the youth.
On the part of the community members, they welcomed Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior very faithfully and again voice out their grievances that their facing since last year elections ranges from education to health and jobs of the youth.
In addition, as a very faithfully, truthful and the Beast from the North, he said I am not here to make false promises and make unfavorable comments against any anybody in this community. He urged everyone in the Sagnarigu constituency to come upon their numbers to vote massively for Hon. Felicia Tettey in power 2021.
Unfortunately, some of the community members of Kogni said that the Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior disdains them by not meeting them at the right time. According to one of the youth members, that Hon. Iddrisu Musah Superior supposed to meet them at 3:00 pm but he met them at 6:12 pm, which called for the displacement of some of the peoples, who gathered to meet him’’.
According to the blogger, Mr. Alhassan Abdul-Raheem said ’’I am part of the community and it’s important to be part of any of the community events but I realize that peoples come out massively waiting for him and he was nowhere to be found’’. But in conclusion, he apologizes to the people of the community.
